A Monk place, and also a lot of canceled appointments

So this past week was a lot of ups and downs haha.  We had 8 lessons either cancel on us or not show up.  But on splits, the elders from Szombathely came here to Győr and we after whiteboarding and getting a few people's numbers and setting up with a few really cool people, we went tracting and both of us got a let in!  Ours was with a ninth grader, the other elders' was with a college student working at the Audi factory.

We met with Nicketa and her family, and we decided that we are going to hold off for a little longer on the baptism, because they really want to be baptised as a family.  I am really excited for them, and think that it is a really good decision.  We also are now teaching the whole family, not just the parents.

We also had Mission Leadership Council and learned a lot about unity and studying.  That what our Zone Trainings are going to be about this next week.  President Szabadkai gave a really cool training on unity.  Essentially what I got out of it was that there are many ways to go about reaching a goal, and just because some ways are different does not make them wrong.  What is important, even more important than which way we choose, is that we are united in the course we choose in the end.  It reminds me of when the Savior said, "If ye are not one, ye are not mine, "  and how Zion means, "One in Heart."  Sometimes people disagree with their church leaders, sometimes I do, but ultimately the best decision is to support them as they try to do their best.  At the worst, you will comfortable deal with someone for a few years or something like that.  At the best, you will come closer to the Savior through this person and you help them magnify their calling.

and now, a few pics.

Eating ice cream at Horváth Tamás's.  He was so nice to have us over for lunch, feed us soup, stuffed meat, and delicious ice cream!  He is one of my favorite members here in Hungary.
